INTRODUCTION
Hospitality industry refers a large category of business in which offers services to guest. Generally industry is categorized into three common areas such as accommodation, food and beverage and travel & tourism (Ozturk, 2016). The main goal of the hospitality industry to give values to the customers by offering luxurious services. There is a good example to understand hospitality industry is Hilton Hotel & Resort. It is an American multinational hospitality company in which offers various each type of services to customers.

Political factor: Hilton hotel is UK hotel where government is stable from several years in that state organization gets positive impact on organization because they don't have to change their policies and doesn't have to pay extra tax. Hilton gets negative impact during trading with foreign countries food and services.
Economic factors: Hilton gets positive impact of economical factor because organization offers flexible price strategy for employees where offers different type of room services to cover each type of customers (Ali, Amin and Cobanoglu, 2016). On other hand instability of currency gives negative impact on Hilton profitability because number of internation investor doesn't invest money in hotel due to currency.
Social factors: Demographical change gives profitable outcomes within industry because Hilton offers various services along with additional services such sap services, swimming pool etc., so that customers gets values of their money (Chon and Zoltan, 2019). Due to additional services price of hotel services enhances which decreases purchasing power of customers in hotel industry.
Technological factors: It gives positive impact because organization offers Hilton software app where customer can take enquiry regarding services and price. It gives negative impact because number of customers unaware and doesn't know how to operate app.
Legal factors: Discrimination law gives negative impact on Hilton hotel. It is beneficial for employees or worker but it reduces profitability of hotel. According to law organization can't keep employees or worker at low wedges.
Environmental factors: It gives positive impact on organization because organization offers high standard quality products and usage reusable product so that wastage is maintained. Government also supports organization which leads wealthy prospect in organization.
