 Project Brief and Guidance PART 1:

You are supposed to be a Trainee Business Analyst within North West London Chamber of Commerce. This organization play a significant role by helping the businesses and prospective businesses to be more successful in their respective ventures. Business conferences and events are organized at regular basis by chamber as a part of the support for the business owners.

Next business event titled “Organisation sort, size and scope and interrelationship of the different functions in an organisation and link to the organisational structure” is coming up in December 2019 and you have been chosen as a member of a group delivering lecture on the day.

 Team leader for this event has tasked you to research the various kinds and sizes of the business they will have to compete with. Therefore, you are supposed to investigate and Explain different sort and purposes of organizations using organizations of your select one each in Public, Private and Voluntary industry. Your explanation should include their legal structure, size and scope, for highlighting a difference between them. For one of your selected organizations you must Justify the different functions within the business and create an organizational chart that explain interrelationships between various functions. You must also excuse how the organizational structure and functional areas allow for a business to achieve its objectives.

LO3 with specific examples, demonstrate positive and negative impact/influence that the macro environment has on the business operations

LO4 Ascertain organisational internal strength and weakness and determine their how they are interrelated with the external macro elements.

Project Brief and Guidance PART 2:

 As a part of the event preparation, you are supposed to identify that how macro environment impact the business operation positively or negatively, supported by particular example. Choose two organisations in first event, conduct external and internal analysis of the business organisations to identify their strength and weakness and justify that how these strength and weakness are interrelated with the external macro elements.

Events promotion has gone fabulously well several participants already registered for this event. Nevertheless, a section of registered participants has requested to understand the macro environment factors and organisational internal audit in more analytical and practical way. To cover this section, Apply the PESTLE framework to support a detailed analysis of macro environment in one of your chosen organisations and conduct SWOT/TOWS analysis on at least two of your selected organisations justifying that how they impact decision-making. Eventually Evaluate impacts of the macro and micro components on the business decision-making and objectives.
