You are required to analyse the importance of organizational design theory in relation to structure of the organisation and to fulfil the strategies of organisation with relevant examples. Use appropriate theories and concepts to briefly analyse the importance of organisational design with relevant examples.

Analysis of the need to develop motivated, knowledgeable and experienced individuals and teams
Evaluate the different techniques and approaches that are used for maintaining, developing, attracting and rewarding human resources to create a dedicated and skilled workforce. You are asked to present a poster presentation on the role of Junior HR Manager in a large well-known global organisation and HR will manage the organisational design to adapt to the changes taking place in the environment.
The poster presentation will cover the following:
- How organisational design will respond and adapt to the change management and determine the relationship that existed between the two with specific organisational situation.
- Analyse the different types of changes that impact the organisational design with transformational and psychological change.
- Briefly analyse the complex relationship between organisational design and change management.
