Brief
Scenario:
You have been given an opportunity to be a Human Resource officer for a (small to medium sized) organisation of your choice. Your officer is given task for restructuring of the department as part of organisational change. The Human Resources (HR) department will be restructured based on the findings of a review report, which you have been asked to complete and submit it to your HR officer. You have to review the effectiveness of the HR function within the organisation, the role and scope of HR assessing the main HR functions within the organisation. You are required to submit a report.
The recommended word limit for this task of the assessment is 2500 to 3000 words for the first part.

Scenario
