Reflective Personal Development Report and Action Plan (60%)
The student is required to prepare reflective report which will be including the introduction and evaluation of psychological approaches in order to understand yourself and other people. It is important to develop understanding the different activities within this module. The student will be assessed on the basis of the reflection and what have been learned within the academic learning in business psychology. 91500 words approximately)
You should:
- Present briefly evaluate psychological perspectives to understanding self and others in the workplace.
- Analyse the three different skills out of which 10 will be core skills which student has able to develop
- Explain the core skills
- Talk about why you might possess this skill
- Identify the significant of skills which need to be considered
- Determine any contradictions with regard to this skill
- Determine its relevance to your future career
- Attest your wide reading and familiarity with theoretical concepts (psychology and business)
- Demonstrate your ability to reflect on practice
- Summary Action Plan (30%)
the student need to identify the strength and weakness in the reflective report where the individual need to review on the current level of competencies so that the individual is able to identify the areas of improvement. (500 words)

- Ensure that identified areas of development are linked to the reflections from your journal entries.
