Introduction and Guidance

Assessment need you to prepare and determine the skills and knowledge in Employability Skills and Professional Development. To complete your tasks, you should focus on your experiences and the experiences which you have gained during the course which includes workplace and relevant work experience. In completion of your project and work tasks ensure that you are fully aware with the relevant theories and concepts of practical experiences. This coursework you prepare should include the relevant assessment criteria under each part. All parts need to be completed and submitted.

Structure

you are at the role of HR trainee in a local organisation. You are being assigned with the tasks a portfolio in relation to organisation upcoming board meeting.

Portfolio Should Include The Following Sections:

• Title Page: Student name, ID, Unit Title and Code, Assessment Title, Date of submission
• Content page: list of content and page numbers
• Components of portfolio

• CPD: In this highlight the key learning experiences during your time in University identifying its importance in your development.
